1. Shipping Destinations
We deliver orders within South Africa only.

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Gauteng: Approximately 3 business days
• Other Areas: Approximately 5 business days
• Outlying/Remote Areas: Up to 7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery location and order size.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

6. Shipping Insurance
Currently, we do not offer shipping insurance for lost or damaged parcels.

7. Delays and Exceptions
Gifts4All is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or other situations beyond our control.
