At Gifts4All, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period
You may request to return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for any reason, whether your item is unwanted, damaged, or defective.

3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged or defective, Gifts4All will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning the item for other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Await return authorization and instructions.
  • Return the item as instructed.

Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer.

7. Partial Refunds
Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations at our discretion (such as items not in their original condition or returned beyond the 7-day window).
